Unfortunately Slovenia do not have the best weather on the world, so we have to stop our activities for 5-6 months. Enough time to think about plans for next season, season 2015. As last two years, we are going to organize some ITF events, but we have not decided where and when. You will be informed about everything you should know in the beginning of season 2015.

After weeks of preparation, we are one week away from the biggest beachtennis tournament in Slovenia ever. On two ITF tournaments In Preddvor, Slovenia, which will be on 18th July (ITF G4) and 19th-20th July (ITF G3), will compete around 90 players from fourteen countries (Brasil, Italy, Croatia, Belgium, Austria, Nederlands, Aruba, France, Morocco, Czech Republic, Venezuela, San Marino, Poland, Slovenia). Beach tennis is coming back to the beautiful place of Preddvor, Slovenia between 18th and 20th July 2014. After the last year organized ITF G3 BeachTennis tournament, which was the first G3 tournament in the history of Slovenia, this year there will be a three-day event - Fitko Cup 2014, consisting of Grade 4 tournament on friday, 18th July and of Grade 3 tournament with 2000 EUR in price money on 19th and 20th July. In addition to the tournaments, there will be also an organized visit with dinner to Ljubljana on friday evening and a players party on saturday night.

Preddvor is a very small town on the north of Slovenia, 10 km from the national airport and 35 km from the capital of Slovenia - Ljubljana. Ljubljana has a charming historical center with its castle over the city and it is highly recommended to visit between the sandy matches. Slovenia is in the heart of Europe, so it is the perfect location for international beach tennis event (250 km from Venice, 350 km from Vienna, 400 from Munich).

If you are searching something different then long sandy beach, you should not miss Preddvor, place 500 meters above the sea level, to breath some fresh air under the mountains.
